Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CANADIAN AND UNITED STATES SHIPPING DESTINATIONS ON ORDERS OVER $500.

Shipping Time

Most orders received before 11:00AM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Order Status and Tracking

You can check the status of your order online and find out when it shipped. For orders shipped via UPS you can also track your package. If you feel your order is taking longer than normal to arrive, please check your order status online.

Lost or Damaged Shipment

We carefully pack and check all boxes before they are sent. However damages can occur during transit. When an item is received damaged please follow the instructions below that pertain to the carrier used for shipment or call our Customer Service Department or contact us via email. DO NOT throw out the boxes the item(s) was shipped in; the carrier will need to see the shipping box to determine coverage of damages.

Trimshop.com gives you 3 easy options to place an order. You may do one of the following:

  Follow our simple ordering process at www.trimshop.com. Browse the full range of Trim Shop products under the products tab on the main menu. Then fill in the size and quantity you would like in the selector box on the right of the screen and follow the simple checkout process. Ordering online is convenient and secure.
• Order by Phone - Please contact Customer Service at 1.800.421.5187, from Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm - Pacific Time. Leave a message outside these hours and we'll call you back within 24 hours.
• Order by Email - You can also email your order to us! – info@trimshop.com - Please specify what product you are ordering and where you would like your product to be shipped. Be sure to include your phone number along with your name, address, and order description.

Methods Of Payment

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks and Wire Money Transfers

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Please allow up to 12 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Secure payments transactions powered by Paypal

To ensure your security, your credit card information will be processed offline using the Paypal credit card processing system, one of the world's largest and most secure payment processors. Be sure that the billing name and address that you give matches what your credit card company has on file. This is most likely the address that your credit card bill goes to. If it does not match, it may cause delays to your order or may cause your order to be declined.

With a credit card payment, you will notice the charge on your bill or statement within 2 business days. Palindrome Developments Inc. will appear on your card statement. If you don't feel comfortable submitting credit card information through our secure servers, then order by phone!

Using Discount Codes

Discount codes are often used when we have special offers for our customers. To take advantage of the discount code, place the item or items the discount applies to in your shopping cart and please hit the recalculate button to update the pricing when you apply the discount coupon in your cart. Please check the order to make sure that the discount was applied to your item. If you notice an error or have difficulties, please contact one of our Customer Service Specialists.

Out of Stock (Backorders)

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we offer, occasionally we may be out-of-stock on certain products. If an item is out of stock we will notify you by phone or email. If we’ve sold out you will be offered an alternative and we will tell you how long you will have to wait until new stock arrives. You will be notified of the revised shipping date and given the opportunity to cancel your order.

If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer delivery time, then Trim Shop reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be reimbursed for the full cost of the order. Backordered items, if shipped separately, will incur additional shipping charges.

Edit My Order

If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.

Cancel My Order

Because we try to get your products to you as soon as possible, there is limited time for you to cancel. If you made your purchase on our website, you must cancel the same day. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order.

The only exceptions may be orders that have gone into backorder and orders with a declined credit card that has not been successfully processed yet. Please contact a customer service representative to assist you with your order.

Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.  All items must be returned in new, unused condition.

Prices

All prices are listed in United States dollars. If you order by credit card, the credit card company will automatically convert your currency to United States dollars and pay the appropriate amount.

Taxes

Our Store shall automatically charge taxes. For orders shipped to other states, province or country, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Trim Shop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Trim Shop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Trim Shop shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
